Conditions of use

RWE AG and its service provider Getit GmbH (henceforth referred to as the suppliers) merely provide the medium for publication of the user-generated contents. The user guarantees that his contribution is suitable for publication on websites, in exhibitions or other media and is appropriate for a broad public. The suppliers reserve the right to exclude contributions at any time without specifying reasons and without prior notification. The suppliers will reject or delete each contribution which is unsuitable for publication, e.g. due to the following reasons: Because it incites hatred, is offensive or violates child-welfare or propriety and good taste or because of similar reasons.

The user ensures that he possesses all rights to the submitted image, including the right to use all parts of the image. He guarantees that the image is free from third-party rights and that it does not violate the rights of third parties. Each person discernible in the image must agree to the publication of the image. The user is obliged to declare this in writing on request. If a third party raises objections arising from the violation of his personal rights, the user will exempt the suppliers from all liability arising from any claims. Digitally processed images must not contain any material from third-party sources such as newspapers, books, retail CDs, etc.

All contributions remain the property of the user. The user transfers all rights for the temporally unlimited, irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable world-wide and unlimited use of his contributions to the suppliers without charge, including all images, photos and names for advertising and/or marketing and/or communication purposes in any media, e.g. television, shows, exhibitions, trade fairs, events, printed and digital media, mailings, public relations work, and posters in connection with the RWE e-mobility campaign.
If a user wishes to have a contribution deleted again after posting it on-line, he can arrange this by sending an e-mail to the editors. All incoming e-mails are regularly checked and processed there.

The user is obliged not to execute any application which may lead to a change in the physical or logical structure of the networks which are used.The services are provided on a purely voluntary basis by the suppliers. The user has no legal right to the retention of these services. These services may be discontinued or limited at any time.

The data collected from you are stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your enquiry in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act and will not be forwarded to third parties.
